Yes you can purchase all Toolman and affiliate Brand’s products online.

 

  1. Do I need an account to purchase from Toolmanpro?

No, you can go through the checkout process as a guest and simply save your information for the next time you shop with us. When you create an account, you will be able to check up on your order’s status and view your order history.

 

  1. What are acceptable forms of Payments?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master, Dinners Club, Discover and American Express Cards.  You can also login via PayPal.  We also accept Cashier’s Cheque and via bank transfers. 

 

  1. Do you have a newsletter?

  1. What are your means of transport with in the United States of America and Canada?

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL and for bulk orders, we ship via road and air transport. 

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we also ship internationally and normally we ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. For bulk orders we ship via air transport. 

 

  1. How long do I have to make a return?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 7 days of receipt.

  1. How do I make a return?

Please contact our customer service team to get a return authorization or you may reach us via e-mail and cs@toolmanpro.com. You must include the return authorization number and your reason for returning on either your receipt or packing slip.  Please read our return policy thoroughly for better understanding.

 

  1. Can I return used items?

We do not accept used items or items with our original packing.  All items must be in their original condition.

 

  1. How much does it cost to return an item?

You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and we do not refund original shipping costs.  Please note, we do not accept any packages as C.O.D.

 

  1. What if my return lost during transportation or in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost packages or short delivery of any return, so please make sure to take note of your tracking number before mailing your return.

 

  1. How will I receive my refund?

Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

 

  1. How long will it take to credit my refund?

Returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after our office receives your item(s).  However, you may not see the refund credited back on your bank statement for up to two billing cycles.
