WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER FOR WITH IN THE UNITED STATES?
  • Ground Service, 2-Day and 1-Day (U.S.)
  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
  • Free standard shipping for orders US$ 100 and above with in the USA only.
  • Ground orders are shipped via USPS with a non-refundable flat fee of $5.95.
  • 2-Day and 1-Day orders are shipped via FedEx with a non-refundable flat fee of $10.95 for 2-Day shipping and $25.95 for 1-Day shipping. All expedited shipping orders adhere to 1-2 business day processing times. The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
  •  All International Orders received via e-mail before 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
  • All International Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS according to the Region or Country wise. We determine the shipping charges according to the weight and volume of the packages and will be quoted before the shipping.
  • All International Order will take 48 – 72 hrs to deliver at your address except holidays and according to the shipping company’s policy.
  • All applicable Custom Duties and Import Taxes are in account of buyer and will be paid at destination.
  • We do not offer free shipping for any International order.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

  • We will send a shipment confirmation to the email you placed the order with as soon as we have finished processing your order.
  • If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipment confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
  • Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
  •  If an item is currently out of stock, we will keep that item as back order and will ship once we get in stock
  • All available items from the order will be shipped on the same day.
  • You will receive an email notifying you the order has changed.I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE?
